Understand How Your Body Responses to Stress
Stress is a body’s response to emotional and physical reactions to strains that we accrue from the outside world and place it to take effect in your bodies and minds.
The emotional reaction for stress can show itself as irritability, inability to concentrate, tension, anger and frustration in other words.
The physical reaction can manifest its reaction in nervous and hormonal reactions. Physically observed symptoms due to these reactions could be minor or severe, but includes short-term dry mouth, sweaty palms and forehead stomach upset and loss in taste. Severe symptoms include long term headaches or a heart attack to many weak persons.
The overall long term effect of stress can lead to high blood pressure which itself can cause major health problems like heart diseases or brain stroke.
The body’s response to stress is mainly due to hormonal activity, the sudden adrenal production and rush throughout the body. In stressed condition, as time passes by, your heart beat and breathing rate increases, so does the mental awareness. In other words, you bodies defense mechanism rises to its peak, disrespected weather you use it or not.
Generally, when your brains think you are in a bodily danger situation, your body swifts into a stressed mode in a matter of milliseconds. It however depends on your mind to decide how quickly the response is triggered accruing data, from your brains itself, about your past life. The major problem with this is that your mind also triggers these responses are not only for danger which are physical, but the reactions are also psychological.
Your mind responds to physical and emotional stresses like the same way. For example an attacker with a knife or a dog running behind you are physical dangers, but emotional threats are financial losses, relationship problems, etc. those which causes silent internal effect. The problem is that mind and body handles both these situation as one.
Any way out of it?
In order to reduce your stress levels and bodies psychological responses, we should learn to start decrease our psychological stressors. Peoples who are unable to do this are already leading miserable lives, so will you if you do not start to take control over your senses. Not only will you be an emotional body, but you will also develop physical ailments as a direct result.
Some people however develop addictions to solve the stress crisis. But taking drugs, alcohol, over eating and other such stuffs results directly to the inability to deal with your stress. Addictions are just a way to make your mind busy in a virtual dream world, but you actually have not defeated your emotions out. Maybe after you have your brains right back in normal senses, the stress reforms and you are back in the same position as before.
There are no such prescribed medication for stress, and also never can live a stress free life through out. What is important is to learn to control unnecessary stress out of your mind. Your goal will be to learn to deal with it and let it not affect your physical body. The ultimate solution is just to be mentally strong, have faith in you that no one is going to control your mind but you itself, and be in an honor that stress means nothing to you. Try to keep yourself busy with something, something of your interest, and you will see that stress can have a no effect at all in your life.
It is important for every one to brush regularly. Especially for the kids, who are having growing permanent teeth. But it is a problem that kids never find it interesting to brush the teeth. But it is normal. They do not like it because it is not funny. They would have brushed their teeth regularly at their own if they had fun brushing. Electric tooth brushes are the best solution for this problem.
